July 2024 Prayer Letter
Dear Family and Friends,
Buenos Días from Iquitos, Peru. Here’s a quick update on the recent river trips on board the Avivamiento Amazonica Mission boat.
Early May I traveled to Estrecho. It has been 16 months since the last visit. As usual I stayed in the home of Pastor Enrique and his family. I was there for one week to re-build our relationship and give encouragement. They are not forgotten. It was a very accomplished trip to re-connect and invite their church to the Conference in October.
We then traveled to San Lorenzo up the River Moroña. Julio César my missionary partner, Sr. Pastor Cunambe from the Kandoshi tribe who was the driver of the boat, Ronald a helper/cook, and myself traveled nine days and visited nine different villages.
Our core purpose was to:
1. Survey their current state of affairs:
*Which villages have churches
*Do they have pastors and or leaders
2. Spend time building them up
3. Present an invitation to the Conference in October
Please pray for all the men and women we met that they will be comforted and encouraged by God’s Holy Word.
Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Looking forward to tell your more about the river trips when I come home in August. It will be great to see you all. We have plans to have a mission Luncheon in September. An invitation will be sent out, for you to mark your calendars.!!

PRAYERS NEEDED FOR:
*Please pray for safe travel for the flights back to states, without delays!!
*Please continue to pray for our annual conference and workshops planned for October. The preparations are already underway.
*Please pray that the financial needs to cover the conference and workshops will be met.
There will be instruction in: outboard motor repair, chain saw repair and beginner clothing construction.
Materials and supplies needed include:
